You may suggest unlimited revisions during the ongoing progress for the commission.
You may have 1-month period to request minor revisions after the commission has been completed and delivered.
When reserving a slot for my commission, you will have to pay 10% deposit of the base price. The deposit is not refundable.
I have the right to take videos of your model for promotional content purposes on social media during and after the progress is completed.
If you would like to have confidentiality for your commission, an extra charge of 15% of the base price.
Payments are made through a PayPal/Wise invoice.

✧ You agree that the original artist is the owner of all rights to the digital copy of the artwork, including all rights to reproduction, distribution, and display.
✧ Any ill behavior will not be tolerated & your commission will be canceled if it occurs.
✧ I reserve the rights to decline any type of commissions if it's beyond my capability.

✧ The usage or selling any of my art for anything nft/ai related is PROHIBITED.
✧ Commissions are for PERSONAL USE only and cannot be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without permission from the artist.
✧ Streaming and content use is 2x the base price.
✧ Merchandise, ads, or prints is 3x the base price.
✧ Commissioner may post the artwork on their personal space/media with credit.
‧₊˚✧AGREEMENT ✧˚₊‧
✧ Provide me clear references and details for the commission.
✧ I will only draw in my artstyle.
✧ I will not IMITATE, TRACE or HEAVY REFERENCE other artist's work.
✧ A sketch will be given for approval stage. Any major changes or revisions must be made at this stage. (pose, composition, body shape, redrawing parts of the image, etc.)
‧₊˚✧ DEADLINES AND DELIVERY ✧˚₊‧
✧ My time to finish will be up to 1 week to 2 months.
✧ I do not accept rush orders, but may consider them for an additional fee.
✧ Two versions of the finished artwork will be delivered: A glazed version (using an anti-AI filter to prevent AI training and for privacy reasons when posting on social media) and an unglazed version.
✧ Your order will be send by email.
✧ You will only receive full resolution digital file(s) [PNG] of the commission. Original files will not be provided.
‧₊˚✧ PAYMENT / REFUND POLICY ✧˚₊‧
✧ PREFERABLY UPFRONT or at least 50% before I start making the illustration.
✧ All the price listed are including transfer fees.
✧ Strictly no refunds / cancelation once sketch is started.
✧ Full refund is only available if I asked for or I has not began working at all in the span of 4 weeks.
✧ Payment are in USD (via PayPal or Wise) or RM (via Bank Transfer or TNG)
